We are a group of European disciplinary specialists open to interdisciplinary approaches and who affirm not only a participatory approach with plant breeding, but also careful thought on this approach.

In effect, Participatory Plant Breeding (PPB) represents a set of complex problems which can only be tackled through a synthesis of techniques and knowledge stemming from both the biological sciences and the social sciences .
